AI Foundations
Your first real skills with AI — the stuff you'll actually use at work.

What this is
A foundational AI course for people who work at non-profits. No tech background needed — everything is in plain English.
What you'll be able to do
Five short episodes, one new skill each:
- Get a useful first result from AI
- Recognise that AI can be confidently wrong, and verify it
- Decide when to use AI and when not to
- Write a clear 4-part prompt (Role + Task + Context + Format)
- Remove personal data before using AI
How long it takes
5 episodes, 6–8 minutes each — about 30–40 minutes total. Do them in one sitting, or one a day.
What you get
A Certificate of Participation once you complete all 5 quizzes at the end.
One ground rule
Never feed AI real beneficiary names. Episode 5 covers this properly — it's the most important habit in the whole course.
